NIQ for for the supply and installation of equipments in the Department of Biochemistry

Sealed quotations are invited from registered and authorized firms/suppliers with reputed track record for the supply and installation of following equipments of established brand in the Department of Biochemistry, NEHU, Shillong, Meghalaya.
Required technical specifications are mentioned below:

General Terms and conditions

  1. All interested suppliers/ vendors/manufacturers shall send  bids to Prof. R. Sharma, Coordinator, UGC-DRS programme, Department of Biochemistry, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong 793022.
  2.  The quotation should be submitted on or before June 5, 2017 through post. Bids received after due date by post will not be considered (the university shall not be responsible for any postal delay).
  3. Separate technical and financial bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope.
  4. The Departmental Purchase Committee (DPC) reserve the right to accept or reject the quotations received without assigning any reasons to the bidders. No queries in this regard will be entertained.
  5. Longer warranty period after installation shall be desirable.
  6. The rates should be quoted on FOR basis.
  7. The rates should be inclusive of all taxes, freight charges as per norms and should be clearly indicated.
  8. Quoted rates should be valid at least for a period of 6 months.
  9. The rates should be quoted along with supporting documents of specifications and technical features.
  10. Details of availability of after sales support and warranty period shall have to be furnished during application through post only to address mentioned below.
  11. The item should be delivered, installed and free training should be given without additional costs.
