Sealed quotations for supplying and installation of a workstation computer
Sealed quotations are invited from authorized dealer/service provider for supplying and installation of a workstation computer as per technical specifications listed below.
Terms & Conditions:
- Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelope to the “The Coordinator, UGC-CAS, Department of Chemistry, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong-793022”. The last date of receipt is 28/05/2017, on or before 12:00 Noon. After that no quotation will be accepted.
- Unit prices (inclusive of all taxes) should be mentioned. The responsibility involves both the supply & installation of the items in the Department.
- Copy of Authorization certificate should be attached with quotation. Documents supporting previous supply/installation history of similar items in Govt. offices/agencies can also be attached.
- The tender can be cancelled without assigning any reason and the decision of department purchase committee shall be final.
- Payment term must mention that “Within 30 days of successful installation of the equipment.”
