NIQ for supplying FT-IR Spectrometer as per technical specifications
Sealed quotations are invited from manufacturer/authorized dealers/service providers for supplying FT-IR Spectrometer as per technical specifications listed below.
General terms and conditions
- The tender notice may be withdrawn at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
- The decision of the departmental purchase committee in this matter is final.
- DSIR certificate, road permit etc. will be provided by the department as and when required.
- The instrument along with required accessories should be delivered at the Dept. of Chemistry, NEHU, Shillong in good and working condition free of cost. Necessary documents for clearance will be provided .
- The quotation should be drawn in the name of ‘The Coordinator, UGC-CAS Program, Department of Chemistry, NEHU, Shillong – 793022, Meghalaya’
- The instrument should have three years warranty and two additional years of extended warranty (quote separately).
- A letter from the Principal should also be furnished guarantying that all the terms and conditions agreed by the supplier as written in the quotation as well as in the tender notice will be taken care of by the Principal in the event the supplier departs the Principal.
- Payments terms must be either Letter of Credit or Wire transfer after delivery of the consignment.
- Incomplete offer will be summarily rejected.
- The last date submission of quotation is 28/06/2017.
Note: This revised tender is in lieu of our last tender published on the University website on 31st May, 2017. Those who participated in the last tender process end on 14/06/2017 may submit revised quotation or confirm to continue with the submitted quotation.
