NIQ for supply and installation of 150AH Maintenance Free Battery

Sealed Quotations are invited from authorized dealers/vendors for supply and installation of 150AH Maintenance Free Battery 4 (Four) nos. for Intelli Pure Sine Wave Microtek SEBz 1600 24V UPS/inverter in the Department of Botany, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, within 10 days from the date of this notification.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. All interested suppliers/vendors/manufacturers shall send their quotations addressed to The Principal Investigator, DBT Project, Department of Botany, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong-793 022, Meghalaya, India.
2. Quotation should be submitted within 10 days. Quotation received after due date will not be considered. The Department Purchase Committee (DPC) can accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason thereof and does not bind it to accept the lowest rate whatsoever.
3. The price should be quoted on FOR destination.
4. The rates should be inclusive of all taxes, freight charges and applicable tax as per norms should be clearly indicated.
5. Quoted rates should be at least valid for a period of six months.
6. The rates should be quoted along with supporting documents of specifications and technical features.
7. Onsite WARRANTY: 1-Year after successful installation.
8. Delivery should be completed within 30 days from the date of issue of supply order otherwise order will be cancelled.
9. Any loss or damage of items before/during delivery would be borne by the supplier only.
10. Payment will be made only after complete installation of the items by the supplier to our full satisfaction and bills may be submitted in triplicate. Under-quality of supply shall not be accepted and payment cannot be released.
