Sealed quotation for Supply of Scientific Equipment

Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the interested/reputed firms/parties for supply of  scientific equipment for the department of Botany, NEHU:Shillong-22 as per specification below . Last date to receive the quotations will be on the 19th December, 2017 upto 3.pm.

The envelope  containing the quotation duly super-scribed ‘QUOTATION’ FOR DEPTT. OF BOTANY, NEHU, SHILLONG-22  should reach the undersigned on or before the as per Annexure-I  mentioned date & time. Quotations received after the due date and time will not be entertained.

The undersigned reserved the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason thereof and does not bind himself to accept the lowest rate whatsoever.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Period allowed : Supply should completed within 15 days from the date of issue of supply order otherwise order will be cancelled.    
2. Payment :After completion of installation payment will be made on bill system & bills may be submitted in triplicate.
3. **Under quality of supply shall not be accepted and payment can be released.
