Sealed quotations along with authorized dealership certificates from the company meant for supply of Major/minor scientific equipments, etc.

Sealed quotation hereby invited from interested/ reputed/ parties for Supply of Major/Minor scientific equipments for the DBT funded project in Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, NEHU: Shillong-22 as per specifications enclosed in the Annexure ‘1’.

Last date to receive the quotations will be on the 22nd March, 2016 up to 3 p.m.

The envelope containing quotation duly superscribed ‘Quotation’ for the DBT funded project, Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, NEHU: Shillong-22 should reach the undersigned on or before above mention date and time. Quotation received after the due date and time will not be entertained.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning reason there for and does bind him to accept the lowest rate whatsoever.

Term and Conditions:

1. Period allowed: Supply should be complete within 15 days from the date of issue of supply order otherwise order will be cancelled.
2. Payment: After completion of installation payment will be made on bill system and bill may be submitted in triplicate.
3. Under quality of supply shall not be accepted and payment cannot be released.
