Expression of Interest for supplying batteries

Sealed quotations are invited from manufacturer/authorized dealers/service providers for supplying batteries as per technical specifications listed below.

Specification: Make – Quanta, 12V, 42 Ah (22 Nos.)

Additional criteria: Quote must include buyback for 32 old batteries with the same specification.

General terms and conditions

1. The decision of the departmental purchase committee in this matter is final.
2. The consignments should be delivered at the Dept. of Chemistry, NEHU, Shillong in good and working condition.
3. The quotation should be drawn in the name of ‘The Coordinator, UGC-SAP-CAS Programme, Department of Chemistry, NEHU, Shillong – 793022, Meghalaya’
4. The instrument should have minimum two years warranty.
5. Payments will be made immediately after successful installation of the consignment.
6. The consignment must be supplied within 7 days of order.
7. Incomplete offer will be summarily rejected.
8. The last date submission of quotation is 23/03/2018 before noon.
