GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- No separate tender paper will be issued from the office; one should only download the Specifications/List - from the University website.
- The rates should be quoted on FOR Department of Philosophy, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong-22
- The rates should be inclusive of all taxes and applicable should be clearly indicated.
- Quoted rates should be valid for at least for a period of 6 months.
- Details of availability of after sales support will have to be furnished.
- Items of Foreign origin should have Insurance up to installation on site.
- The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason
Interested parties should send sealed quotations to the undersigned within seven (7) days by 11:00 am from the date of issue of this notice.
