Short Term Training Course on Bioinformatics - Bridging In Vivo to In Silico


Scope of the Training

Computational Biology and Bioinformatics aims at advancing the understanding of living systems through computation. The aim of this training is to give an introductory overview on how Bioinformatics tools and databases help us to understand and derive the useful biological meaning from the huge data generated by modern day technology. This workshop will provide hands on training related to Biotechnology and Bioinformatics tools and their application in biology and allied fields. Course Content The training program will comprise of 6 sessions which includes Lectures, Demos and Hands-on-practice.
