Quotations under sealed cover are invited for supply and installation of fingerprint/card based  Access Control system with time attendance having the below mentioned technical specifications under the DBT Biotech hub programme.

• LCD based TFT Color Display 2.5” or more
• Hardware Platform: WS306/WS307
• Fingerprint capturing: Optical Sensor
• Failed Recognition Rate: should be <=0.0001%
• False Acceptance Rate: should be <=0.01%
• Recognition Speed: should be <1s 
• Fingerprint capacity: atleast l5001000, should be  EM Lock Supported
• Management Record Capacity:1000, Storage Capacity:100000
• Identification mode: Fingerprint, Password
• Access permission system: Could be either fingerprint or card based 

The quotations should reach the office of the undersigned within 15 days from the date of issue of the NIT.
