NIQ for immediate supply of the following items in the M. Sc. Laboratory of Department of Chemistry

Separate Sealed quotations are invited from authorized dealer/service provider for immediate supply of the following items in the M. Sc. Laboratory of Department of Chemistry, NEHU as per technical specifications listed below.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelope separately for each item to the “The Head, Department of Chemistry, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong-793022”. The last date of receipt is 10/11/2018, on or before 12:00 Noon. After that no quotation will be accepted.
2. Unit prices (inclusive of all taxes) should be mentioned. The responsibility involves both the supply & installation of the items in the Department.
3. Copy of Authorization certificate should be attached with quotation. Documents supporting previous supply/installation history of similar items in NEHU or other Govt. offices/agencies can also be attached.
4. The tender can be cancelled without assigning any reason and the decision of department purchase committee shall be final.
