Applications are invited for one Junior research fellow/Project fellow (purely temporary) in a DBT Multi-institutional Research Project entitled "Whole Genome and Transcriptome Changes as a Consequence of allo and auto polyploidy in Vigna L: Phase II."
Project funding: DBT-Twinning Programme for NER 2017-18
Age limit (As on the date of interview): Shall not be more than 28 years
Age relaxation: As per Govt. of India rules.
Qualification: Master Degree in Biotechnology/Genetics/Botany/Agricultural Botany with min. 55% marks from any recognized University/Institute. NET/SLET/GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.
Desirable: Experience in field survey and molecular techniques.
Project Duration: Three years; Position is co-terminus with the project
Fellowship: 25,000/-per month + 20% HRA for NET/GATE qualified and for the non-NET candidates as per funding agency, Govt. of India rules.
