Tender Notice for providing transport services during the 14th International Symposium on Buckwheat

Quotations under sealed cover are invited from authorized/registered travel agencies/ transporters for providing transport services during the 14th International Symposium on Buckwheat to be held at North Eastern Hill University, Shillong from Sept. 3-6, 2019.  

The services shall include

1. Transportation of delegates by chartered A/C mini buses/ cars of different types from Guwahati airport to NEHU campus/ hotel in Shillong one day before the symposium.
2. Transportation of delegates by chartered A/C mini buses/ cars of different types from NEHU campus/ hotel in Shillong to Guwahati airport after the symposium 
3. Local transport in Shillong

Terms & Conditions:

1. Quotations to be addressed in the name of Organizing secretary, 14th International Symposium on Buckwheat, Dept. of Botany, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong
2. Quotations would be received in the office of the Department of Botany, NEHU, Shillong till July 31, 2019, 3.00 P.M
3. Quotation must include rates for different types of vehicles on day hire as well as point to point travel basis
