Walk in interview for the post of guest lecturer in the Department of Horticulture, Tura Campus

Eligible candidates are invited for the walk in interview to the post of Guest Lecturer (purely on Temporary basis) for six months in the Department of Horticulture on 16.08.2019 at 12:00 P.M at the Chamber of Pro Vice Chancellor, NEHU, Tura Campus, Chasingre, Tura, Meghalaya.

Essential qualification:

1. Master degree in Fruit Science/ Vegetable Science/ Floriculture & landscaping.
2. The candidates shall be NET Qualified.

Desirable:

1. Doctoral degree in Fruit Science/ Vegetable Science/ Floriculture & landscaping.
2. The candidates shall have active teaching/research experiences and publications.

The remuneration for the guest faculty would be Rs. 1,500/- per lecture subject to the maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month as per the rule vide letter no. F.8-2/Estt (B)/2019-2201, dated 19th July 2019.

Candidates should come with original documents, testimonials, reprints, theses etc. with a spare set of self-attested photocopies (except thesis) at the time of interview.

The selected candidates should join their duties on or before 19.08.2019.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
