XXV Convocation of NEHU to be held on 28th November, 2018

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the XXV Convocation of the North-Eastern Hill University is proposed to be held on 28th November, 2018 at NEHU Permanent Campus, Umshing - Mawkynroh, Shillong. 

I. TO WHOM APPLICABLE : 

1. Graduate Candidates who have passed the Bachelor Degree Examination between January, 2018 and October, 2018. 
2. Post Graduate : Candidates who have passed the Master Degree Examination between January. 2018 and October, 2018. 
3. M.Phil & Ph.D. : Candidates whose results were notified between January, 2018 and before 10th November, 2018. 

II. HOW TO APPLY : 

For Candidates desiring to apply for "In Person" : The Application form (the Original Degree Certificate) can be downloaded from the official website of NEHU www.nehu.ac.in and clicking on the Examination page. The Convocation fee (Inclusive of application Form) of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for conferment in PERSON is payable through SBI Collect by login to www.onlinesbi.com. 

The Application Form duly filled in along the payment receipt should be submitted to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, NEHU, Permanent Campus, Mawkynroh-Umshing, Shillong - 793022. Meghalaya either in person during office hours or by post on or before 20th November, 2018 for candidates appearing "IN PERSON". 

NEHU Tura Campus Office will only receive application forms submitted for "IN PERSON" upto 20th November. 2018.

Candidates desiring to apply for "In Absentia" can submit their application only after the Convocation.

Any Application Forms received after the due date will not be entertained.
