In continuation of the Notification conveyed vide No. 11-15/GHC/Vol.2/2014-1487 dt. 8.5.: 018. the University pleased to revise the categorization of guests staying in the Guest Houses of the University as follows.
|Category||Purpose||Booking done by||Payment to be made|
|1||Category-1||For attending meetings like Executive Council/Academic Council/Court meeting/ Finance Committee meeting etc, of NEHU||Booking approved by Vice Chancellor/Pro Vice Chancellor/Registrar||Exempted from payment|
|2||Category-2||Coming for official works of NEHU like Seminar/ Conference/different meetings of the Schools/Depart- moron/Centres etc.||Deans of Schools/Heads of Departments/Centres Organisers of Seminar /Conferences/meetings through Administration||Payment to be made by the Organisers of such events/ Guests.|
|3||Category-3||Private affairs of NEHU employees/students/teachers/officers/pensioners.||Request sent by employees/ pensioners/students through Administration.||Payment to be made by the guests.|
|4||Category-4||For attending official/private functions/events of organisations other than NEHU||Booking done by organisers of such events/functions/ meetings, etc through Administration.||Payment to be made by the guests.|
This order will come into force with immediate effect.
This issues with the approval of thc competent authority.
