Information to the candidates applying for the admission into Ph. D Programme in the Department of Law, NEHU for the Session 2020-2021

It is hereby informed to the candidates applying for the admission into Ph. D Programme in the Department of Law, NEHU, Shillong for the Session 2020 - 2021 that--

1. The Date of Ph. D Entrance Test is on 2nd February, 2021 (Tuesday) at 11 AM in the premises of the Department of Law Building, NEHU Campus, Shillong.

2. The Date of Interview/Viva-Voce is on 12 February, 2021 (Friday) at 11 AM in the premises of the Department of Law Building, NEHU Campus, Shillong.

3. The Syllabus of the Ph. D Entrance Test shall consists of--
     (i) Legal Research Methodology-50%
     (ii) Indian Constitutional Law-10%
     (iii) Jurisprudence-10%
     (iv) Law of Crimes (IPC)- 10%
     (v) Law of Torts-10%
     (vi) Law of Contract (General Principles)-10%
