The Department of History and Archaeology, NEHU, Tura in collaboration with the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS) is going to organise a seminar on the topic: “Archaeology of Northeast India: Retrospect and Prospect”. The seminar is intended to focus on the archaeological milestones that Northeast India has so far achieved and also to look into the prospects that have hitherto remained elusive. The programme is scheduled to be held for three days, from 26th of August to 28th of August 2019 in the Department of History and Archaeology, NEHU, Tura.
With respect to the invitation letters that had already been send to the respective participants of the seminar, this is a reminder notice that the scheduled date for the submission of the full paper was on 30th of July, 2019. Hence, we earnestly request all the participants who have not yet submitted their papers to kindly send them at the earliest.
