A Walk-in-Interview will be conducted in the North-Eastern Hill University Guest House near Borjhar Airport, Guwahati on 09.11.2017 at 11:30 am to select the candidate for the post of Assistant Project Engineer (Elect.) for NEHU, Tura Campus on contract basis for a period of 1 (one) year on payment of a consolidated salary of Rs. 20,000/- per month. The contract engagement is extendable subject to requirement/performance.
The eligibility criteria for the post is Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification recognized by the AICTE with 3 (three) year experience in the relevant field. Candidates having Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute and with 5 (five) years experience may also apply.
The candidates who have appeared the interview in response to the Advertisement dt. 12.9.2017 need not appear again.
Interested candidates may apply on plain paper and appear before the Selection Committee with all their original certificates/mark sheets for verification. An Updated Bio-data along with recent passport size photograph and attested copies of mark sheets/certificates may be submitted at the venue of the interview during registration
No TA/DA would be provided for attending interview.
Registration of the candidates who appear for the interview will be done from 11:00 AM to 12 Noon and interview will commence at 12 Noon. Candidates coming after the registration time is over will not be entertained.
The University reserves the right not to select any candidate(s) or to cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason whatsoever.
