Notification regarding NEHU XXVI Convocation

It is hereby notified for all concerned that the XXVI Convocation of the North-Eastern Hill University is proposed to be held around the first week of November, 2019 (the exact date to be notified later) at NEHU Campus, Umshing - Mawkynroh Shillong.

For Candidates desiring to apply In Person: The Application Form (Original Degree Certificate) can be downloaded from the official website of NEHU www.nehu.ac.in  and clicking on the Examination page. The Convocation fee of Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) for conferment In-Person is payable through SBI Collect by login to www.onlinesbi.com.

The Application Form duly filled in along with payment receipt should be submitted to the office of the Controller of Examinations, NEHU, Permanent Campus, Mawkynroh­Umshing, Shillong - 793022, Meghalaya either in person during office hours or by post on or before 25th October, 2019  for candidates appearing "IN PERSON".

However, to facilitate the students from Garo Hills, they may submit their application in person to the Joint Registrar, NEHU Tura Campus, Tura latest by October 20, 2019.

Note: A student whose result was declared during the aforementioned period and who has already obtained her/his Degree Certificate on expiry of 180 days from the date of declaration of her/his result shall not be eligible to attend the Convocation. (Please Refer to University notification: EX/CC/Convocation 180/2019/4813 dated 7.8.2019.)

Application Forms received the last date will not be entertained.
