The curriculum is the backbone of what is t o be learned and experienced by the students with the help of the school facilitators to bring a holistic development of the students in the different school levels. Making of a good curriculum requires great input from all the people concerned, during it s development and various other important stages. The people who could give a maximum input to fabricating a great curriculum needs to have the capability to do it. Teachers who are teaching in the field are very important participants who could give first hand knowledge and experience so that a great and need - based curriculum could be shaped. The skill of developing a good curriculum is also needed for the pre - service teachers so that when they go to the field of teaching and learning, they could apply the skill that they have been equipped with. Thus, the need and call to train the pre - service teachers in the same line is mandatory so that they are exposed to various stages of curriculum development and enhanced with the skill of making a great curriculum for the learners.
