Microbial biotechnology; PGPR biodiversity and antimicrobial potential of actinomycetes.

Technical expertise:

Isolation and culture of bacterial cells, Genomic DNA isolation, RNA isolation, Protein isolation, PCR, SDS-PAGE, 2-DE, PCR-DGGE, RT-PCR, gene cloning, genetic engineering of Arabidopsis, protein-protein interaction, confocal imaging, gene sequence submission, paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography, HPLC, and use of different softwares for research purpose such as MEGA 4.0, CLUSTAL-X, PDQuest, Snap gene and Primer3 etc.
