Advertisement for 1 post of JRF (M.Sc in Botany/Microbiology) and 1 post of Lab Attendant under the DBT’s Twinning funded project

Applications on plain paper along with bio-data and supporting documents are invited for the post of 1 JRF (M.Sc in Botany/Microbiology) and 1 post of Lab Attendant (Matriculate with 5 years work experience in Laboratory & Field required) under the DBT’s Twinning funded project entitled “Fungal and mycotoxin contamination of stored maize (Zea mays) samples in Meghalaya and antimicrobial and mycotoxin inhibitory efficacy of some biocontrol agents and essential oils of traditionally used medicinal plants of the region” for a period of 3 years.

Fellowship Conditions:

• JRF with NET qualification shall be Rs. 25,000/- + HRA as per the Government norms for the 1 st two years and Rs. 28000/- + HRA for the 3rd Year for SRF and applicable.
• JRF without NET qualification shall be Rs. 12000/- + HRA for the 1st two years and Rs. 14000/- _HRA for the 3rd Year for SRF.
• Lab Attendant shall be Rs. 5000/- per month without HRA
