The Sports Department of the North-Eastern Hill University organized NEHU Badminton and Table Tennis Tournament under Fit India Movement from the 13th to the 15th September 2021 at the Indoor Stadium, NEHU Permanent Campus, Shillong. The Tournament ended with a closing ceremony, where the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of the North-Eastern Hill University Prof. P. S. Shukla graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and gave away the prizes to the winners. Dean, School of Social Sciences, Prof. K Debberma, Director In-charge, Sports Prof. B. S. Mipun and Assistant Director of Physical Education and Organising Secretary, Shri N. Das were present among others.
