World Environment Day observed at NEHU by Department of Sociology

The Department of Sociology, NEHU conducted a tree plantation programme on the 7^th of June 2022 to commemorate World Environment Day. Altogether 35 tree saplings were planted in and around the ‘Law Adong’ (Protected Forest) which is managed by the Department.The programme saw active participation of MA students and PhD scholars including faculty and staff.
