NEHU Inter College Football (Women) Tournament 2023 organized

The Sports Department of the North-Eastern Hill University organized the Inter College Women Football Tournament from 30^th October to 4^th November 2023 at the SAI-STC, NEHU Permanent Campus, Shillong. All together nine teams took part in the tournament.

The final match of the tournament was played between Lady Keane College, Shillong versus Sngap Syiem College, Mawkyrwat on the 4^th of November 2023, where Lady Keane College, Shillong defeated Sngap Syiem College, Mawkyrwat by 3-1 in tie breaker. In normal time score was nil.

The tournament ended with a presentation ceremony, where Prof. K. Debberma, Dean, School of Social Science, NEHU graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and gave away the prizes to the winners. Shri N. Das, Asst. Director (PE & Sports), NEHU cum Organizing Secretary was also present during the ceremony.
