The tournament was organised by the Sports Department of the University from the 24th to 27th April 2018 at the Multi Purpose Ground, NEHU Permanent Campus, Shillong. Altogether 04 teams were takes part in the tournament, namely, Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD), New Delhi, State Bank of India (SBI), Meghalaya College Teacher Association (MCTA) and North-Eastern Hill University.
