Specifications/requirements as follows:

Terms and conditions:

1. Quotations should include taxes, dealer certificate, etc.
2. It should be valid for at least for 120 days from the date of issue of quotation.
3. Maximum warranty period for battery, LED light, solar plate, etc. should be included.
4. The service should be free of cost during the warranty period inclusive of everything (labour charges, transportation, etc.).
5. Possession of valid trading license for non-tribal dealers/suppliers from the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council.
6. The quotation should reach the undersigned on or before 6th November 2017. The NSS Cell, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong reserves the right to reject/cancel all/any quotations without assigning any reason.
