Sealed Quotation invited for procurement of items for Computer Centre

Sealed quotations are invited from suppliers/vendors for the items listed below:

1. Projector (Epson/ BenQ /Hitachi) - 3000 lumens - 1 no.
2. Eureka Forbes Rapid Handheld Vacuum Cleaner - 1 no.
3. SMPS - 300watts or above - 10 nos.
4. USB Wi-fi Dongle 300mbps (Digisol/ TP-Link/ Terabyte) - 10 nos.
5. HP 46 Color Ink Catridge - 4 nos.
6. HP 46 Black Ink Catridge – 4 nos.

The sealed quotations are to reach the office of the undersigned, latest by 11.12.2017 at 2.00 P.M. and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M. The suppliers/vendors are instructed to clearly quote the specifications, brand of the items and terms and conditions regarding after sales services. They can also send their representatives to attend opening of the quotations. The quantity specified is tentative.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Rates quoted should include all applicable taxes & FOR destination.
2. Suppliers must submit the Tax clearance certificate and bank account details.
3. The Computer Centre NEHU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason.
4. All terms and conditions will be as per NEHU rules, regulations and decision.
