Sealed Quotations are invited from authorized dealers/venders for supply and installation of research upright microscope with dedicated imaging system and analysis software with below mentioned specification in the department of Botany, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong within 7 days from the date of this notification.
Microscope with infinity corrected SWF 10x/25mm eyepieces, Plan PLi 4x,10x,20x,40x,100x IOS objectives, EIS 60mm parafocal objectives, Diascopic intensity adjustable Neo LED illumination with internal power supply and i Care Sensor. Upgradable to fluorescence, phase contrast, multi head microscope, dark field, polarization and with 3 years warranty period.
Camera and software: High resolution camera with live image grabbing, saving different format in computer, measurement with scale, editing, image enhancing ,counting, filtering and others.
Suitable laptop/desktop.

General Terms and Conditions:
- All interested suppliers/ vendors/ manufacturers shall send their quotations addressed to the principal Investgator, MoEF Project, Department of Botany, North Eastern Hill University , Shillong 793022,Meghalaya,India.
- Quotations should be submitted within 7 days. Quotations received after due date will not be considered .The Department purchase committee (DPC) can accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason thereof and does not bind it to accept the lowest rate whatsoever.
- The rate should be inclusive of all taxes, freight charges and applicable tax as per norms should be clearly indicated.
- The rate should be quoted along with supporting documents of specifications and technical features.
- Delivery should be completed within 30 days of issue of supply order otherwise order will be cancelled.
- Any loss or damage of items before/ during delivery would be borne by the supplier only.
- Payment will be made only after complete installation of the items by the supplier to our full satisfaction and bills may be submitted in triplicate. Under quality of supply shall not be accepted and payment cannot be released.
