Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed manufactures/ authorized dealers/vendors for supply and/or installation/repairing of the following items listed below. Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelope superscribed with "Quotations for the Department of Geography, NEHU Permanent Campus" addressed to the Head, Department of Geography, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya-793022.
- Repairing and upgrading of computers
- Repairing of Triaxial (Lab Equipment)
- Purchase of mini UPS (600/650va)
- Black ink cartridge for colour printer
- Soil and Water field testing Kit
- New AC Adapter for HP OMNI 120 AA in one PC
- Repair of HP Laserjet 3052 Printer
- Pencil Battery (Duracell-AA)
- Rotameter
- Rotring ink (black)
- Rotring Stencil (3 mm, 6mm) Composite
- Tracing Paper (Gateway)
- Pillar for fitting the water gauge in the field
- Door Mat
Terms and conditions:
- Last date submitting quotation 15.03.2018
- The rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees
- The rate should be including of GST and/or other taxes
- Quoted rates should be valid for at least for 3 (three) months
- Quantity of items will be decided afterwards subject to the availability of funds
- The University is exempted from paying Customs and Excise duty
- No advance payment will be made
- Department Purchase Committee reserves the right to modify/cancel the requirements
- The University reserves the right to accept or reject quotations without assigning any reason.
- All terms and conditions will be as per NEHU rules, regulation and decision
