Advertisement for the post of University Engineer at NEHU Shillong Campus

Applications in the enclosed format are invited for filling up of 1(one) post of University Engineer in NEHU carrying pay Level-13 of Pay Matrix 7th CPC (Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900) on deputation basis initially for a period of 1 (one) year but likely to be extended on need-base .

Eligibility Conditions:

1. Officers belonging to Central/State Government PWD services from analogous posts on regular basis or Executive Engineer(Civil) in Pay level-11 of CCS(RP) rules 2016 with 13 (thirteen) years of regular service in Group A posts in the service out of which 'at least 5(five) years of regular service should be in the grade of Executive Engineer (Civil) including regular service, if any, rendered in the Non-functional Second Grade in Pay level 12 of 7th CPC and possessing Educational qualification as prescribed in column 7 for direct recruits and have successfully completed two week's course on Higher Administ4ration and Legal Matters.

   Executive Engineer(Civil) in Pay Level-11 of 7th CPC with 9 (Nine) years regular service in the grade including regular service, if any, rendered in the Non-functional Second Grade in the Pay level 12 of the 7th CPC and possessing Educational Qualification as prescribed in column-7 for direct recruits and have successfully completed two week's course on Higher Administration and Legal Matters.
   
2. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not be exceeding 58 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
   
3. Applications routed through Proper Channel should reach the office of the Undersigned on or before 20th July, 2021 alongwith the following documents.
   (i) Integrity certificate
   (ii) Vigilance clearance certificate
   

However, a candidate may send an advance copy before the last date. Applications received alter the last date or not accompanied with the required documents will not be entertained.
