Sealed quotations are invited from authorized dealer/service provider for supplying and installation of a workstation computer as per technical specifications listed below.
Terms & Conditions:
1) Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelope to the “The Head, Department of Chemistry, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong-793022”. The last date of receipt is 19/09/2019, on or before 03:00 PM. After that no quotation will be accepted.
2) Unit prices (inclusive of all taxes) should be mentioned. The responsibility involves both the supply & installation of the items in the Department.
3) Copy of Authorization certificate should be attached with quotation. Documents supporting previous supply/installation history of similar items in Govt. offices/agencies can also be attached.
4) The tender can be cancelled without assigning any reason and the decision of department purchase committee shall be final.
