  • In 2023 Received Dr. P. R. Bhave Memorial prize for the best article written on “Analyzing the possibilities and prospects of 24/7 water supply in Delhi, India” which was published in January – March 2023 issue of IWWA Journal.
  • Satpaul Mittal Award from Indian Association of Parliamentarians on Population and Development (IAPPD) in 2008 for research on population issues.
